About Francis Chang
Founder and Lead Coach, Francis Chang, brings over 25 years of experience working in law and media, including as a partner in a Canadian national law firm, and as general counsel for a Fortune 500 multi-national organization. Throughout his career he has managed, mentored, coached and developed professionals who have gone on to work in senior roles at global media, technology and professional services organizations throughout Canada, the U.S. and Asia.
